Maine Youth Leadership Conference

The Maine Youth Leadership Conference celebrates the work young people do in their communities and connects and inspires emerging young leaders looking to do the same.

The Peer Navigator program is a pilot initiative launching in Maine during fall 2024! Youth participants work with Peer Navigators to set goals, explore resources and opportunities, and develop crucial life and career skills to achieve their aspirations.

The Facilitator Training Initiative

This program engages emerging professionals in training, discussion, and in-person practicum focused on facilitation and mentorship skills. Graduates of the certificate-based programming join a network of youth organizations and receive priority consideration for paid positions with MYAN.
