Facilitator Training Initiative
Overview
Are you looking to build skills in facilitation, mentoring, and leadership through an interactive, cohort-based experience? The Facilitator Training Initiative includes online learning modules, virtual discussions, and a two-day intensive practice session. Graduates of this certificate-based programming join a network of youth-serving organizations and become eligible for paid positions with MYAN! Priority consideration is offered to emerging professionals.
Training Goals
Participants will:
Develop core facilitation skills for group discussions and one-on-one coaching.
Learn to navigate power dynamics and manage conflict in group settings.
Understand the importance of peer relationships and networks.
Create asset maps of community resources to help program participants access opportunities.
