Anti-Tobacco
- Congrats to all the Maine advocates--youth and adults--whose efforts are making Maine a national leader in anti-tobacco policy!
- With the passage of LD 1361, Maine became the 1st state to ban flavored cigarettes! LD 1361 will go into effect in 2010
- LD 184 passed, which means Maine schools are required to be tobacco-free 24/7/365.
- LD 859 passed, placing a ban on hookah bars throughout Maine.
