Raise Your Voice: Join the Hardy Girls, Healthy Women Advisory Board

We know you want your voice to be heard...and who doesn't love making new friends, planning fun projects and events, and helping other girls? If this sounds like you, apply to be a GAB girl today! GAB members make a difference and have a great time scaling ropes courses, bowling, cooking dinner together and much, much more. GAB's newest exciting project is the launching of its very own 'Zine, G-WAVE, which will be contributed to and edited by the members of GAB...a magazine for girls by girls!

Requirements: No experience is necessary. Applicants must be 12 to 17 years old, be able to work cooperatively as part of a team, and be committed to the group with general interest in the mission and vision of Hardy Girls Healthy Women. Want to join us at the Peer leadership Conference and bask in the glow of over 400 young people working to make a difference? We need volunteers to help us make the event a success. Please contact Hanifa if you have a few hours or a few days to join us for this inspiring event. The 2007 Peer Leadership Conference will take place on November 16th & 17th in Bar Harbor, ME and MYAN will utilize volunteers both before and at the event.
